Geelong Everlasting BJC Muay Thai started back in 2003.
Everlasting BJC Muay Thai caters for all shapes, sizes and skill levels.
We teach Muay Thai to just about everyone from all walks of life.
The Instructors at Everlasting Muay Thai understand that not everyone wants to be a fighter, so our classes cater for Novices wanting to learn Muay Thai for self defence and people wanting an explosive work out to get fit and lose weight or for people wanting to cross train from another style.
Everlasting BJC Muay Thai has separate classes for beginners to Intermediate adults 15+,
Kids classes 7 - 12yrs and Teenagers 13 - 16yrs.
Everlasting Fight Team and Advanced Students train at different times, but are always around for help and advise for everyone.
Everlasting sparring classes are available to all students and mandatory for students that wish to take on the sport of Muay Thai, whether it be an Inter-club sparring event or an amateur / professional ring fight.
Muay Thai gives you a great work out, a general class will involve a warm up then going through the 8 body weapon techniques including clinching, leading onto an explosive pad session where we string together punch, kick, knee and elbow combinations (8 weapons) of Muay Thai
.
BJC MUAY THAI™ is one of the fastest and easiest sports to learn in the world.
With that in mind the syllabus has been structured and formatted in such a way to provide a gradual progression through the 5 colour singlets (i.e. Yellow, Orange, Blue, Green & Brown) before the student obtains their Black singlet.
As well as self-defence, the system will also encourage many to take on their training for the purpose of competition. The skills training has been refined emphasing the system's unique footwork and explosive power.
Geelong Everlasting BJC Muay Thai is registered with The World Muay Thai Council (WMC)
and The World Kickboxing Association (WKA)
Geelong Everlasting BJC Muay Thai Instructors are all registered Muay Thai Trainers with the minimum ranking of Level 1 Muay Thai Trainer, and have First Aid Qualifications.
