The Everlasting Gym - Ultimate Geelong Muay Thai is Geelong's longest running Muay Thai School.

We teach Muay Thai to just about everyone from all walks of life.
The Muay Thai trainers at The Everlasting Gym understand that not everyone wants to be a fighter, so our classes cater for Novices wanting to learn Muay Thai for self defence and people wanting an explosive work out to get fit and lose weight or for people wanting to cross train from another style.
The Everlasting Gym's Fight Team and Advanced Students train at different times, but are always around for help and advise for everyone.
The Everlasting Gym's sparring classes are available to all students and mandatory for students that wish to take on the sport of Muay Thai, whether it be an Inter-club sparring event or an amateur / professional ring fight.
Muay Thai gives you a great work out, a general class will involve a warm up then going through the 8 body weapon techniques, leading onto an explosive pad session where we string together punch, kick, knee and elbow combinations (8 weapons) of Muay Thai

MUAY THAI is one of the fastest and easiest sports to learn in the world.
With that in mind the syllabus has been structured and formatted in such a way to provide a gradual progression through the 5 colour singlets (i.e. Yellow, Green , Blue, & Brown) before the student obtains their Black singlet. The Grading system is not compulsory, so if you wish to just come and train that's fine with us.
As well as self-defence, the system will also encourage many to take on their training for the purpose of competition. The skills training has been refined emphasing the system's unique footwork and explosive power.
Ultimate Geelong Muay Thai & The Everlasting Gym is registered with The World Muay Thai Council (WMC)
and The World Kickboxing Association (WKA)
The Everlasting Gym's Muay Thai trainers are all registered with the minimum ranking of Level 1 Muay Thai Trainer.
